Dunny's Peewee Aces open season with shutout win

The Dunny’s Source for Sport Peewee ‘A’ Aces opened their regular season with a 3-0 win against the Bluewater Hawks on Saturday afternoon at the Rotary Complex.

Sophie Bogden opened the scoring in the first period with a point shot. Sydnie Miller netted the second goal of the period a few minutes later.

After running into penalty trouble in the middle frame, Abby Gilchrist sealed the victory in the third with a goal late in the game.

Kayley Thompson recorded the shutout for the Aces.
