Major Bantams fall short

Stratford Gazette

The Stratford Canadian Tire Bantams Warriors played host to Oakridge last Sunday night at the Allman Arena.

Warriors jumped to a 2-0 first-period lead on goals from Nathan Hall and Carson Dunseith. After falling behind 3-2, Jarrett Baker tied things up for Stratford, but a late goal from Oakridge gave them the lead for good and a 4-3 defeat for the Tiremen.

Collecting assists for Stratford were Dillon Weinheimer, Jacob McPherson, Nathan Ferguson and Nathan Hall.
