Penalties in semi-finals costly for Minor Midget Warriors

This past weekend the Stratford Motor Products Minor Midget team competed in the Streetsville 39th Annual Fall "AA" Hockey Tournament.

Stratford had two wins and one loss defeating Uxbridge 5-0, and East Toronto 3-1 while losing to Guelph 6-2.

Scoring for Stratford on the tournament was Brendon Childerley with three goals, Justin McCann with two goals, Cole Hutchision with two. Aaron Holmes and John Ritz added singles.

Stratford was defeated 4-1 by Aurora in the semi-final. The game remainded tied at one all until Stratford ran into a series of penalties. With the loss Stratford was eliminated. Scoring for Stratford in the semi final was Jerimiah Campbell.
