Braids, Buns, and Twists! Step-by-step Tutorials for 82 Fabulous Hairstyles

by Christina Butcher

NF 646.724 But

I fully admit that I take approximately 15 second to do my hair in the morning. If I’m going somewhere nice in the evening I might add another 30 seconds.

I don’t like to spend my time with a hot iron or wand pressed against my skull and I’m not a fan of sticky product and goop. That’s what makes braids and buns so nice – they can be simple, speedy and goop-free.

This book offers great pictures and easy to follow steps. Each hairdo is rated by difficulty level so I can just skip right over the challenging ones.

The author, Christina Butcher, has a website called Hair Romance (www.hairromance.com) that includes video and print tutorials. I recommended this book to anyone who has moderately long hair.

I literally just did one of the styles right now in my usual 15 seconds. The video tutorials are under 5 minutes - even for me, these seem possible!
