So, Stratford was in the running for “Intelligent Community.” Well, I can see city council had its work cut out for it.
An advanced, intelligent community would have had free city-wide WiFi access by now for all citizens and visitors (instead of just for the few who can afford it). An intelligent community would have all of its information available 24/7 for the public online, rather than deleting it, as some communities have done recently. Seems rather backward and unintelligent to me.
Well, the examples of an intelligent community go on and on, but I'm not so sure the dubious contest of the ICF is a valid measure.
