A court date to enter a plea is set for the Stratford man accused of stabbing his older brother at a Home Street apartment building last May.

John Pushelberg will respond to the charge of attempted murder on March 4. He appeared in Stratford's assignment court Friday morning with his defence lawyer, Michael Fair, to make the request.

Pushelberg was granted bail on Sept. 27 and is currently living with his father in Monkton as per the conditions of his release.
