Stabbing suspect's bail hearing moved to July 4

A bail hearing for the 20-year-old  Stratford man charged with the attempted murder of his older brother in a Home Street apartment last month has been rescheduled to next week.

The adjournment was requested by John Pushelberg’s defence lawyer, Michael Fair, in the Ontario Court of Justice Wednesday morning.

Pushelberg remains in custody at the Stratford jail and is prohibited from communicating with the victim.

Keith Pushelberg, 22, was listed as being in critical condition following the stabbing incident on May 28. His latest condition is unknown.
