Reliable reading

Stratford Gazette

Kindergarten students at St. Ambrose and North Easthope elementary schools, as well as the Stratford Christian School, were recently provided with new reading material from the Kiwanis Club of Stratford.

In keeping with the Kiwanis International motto, "serving the children of the world," the local club has purchased and donated nine sets of 18 specifically-developed books to several local and area schools over the last three years.

The local club's efforts are part of a worldwide Kiwanis initiative called "Read Around the World."
