Mr. David Howard Fleming of Listowel passed away peacefully at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at the age of 72.
Beloved husband of Barbara (Faulkner) Fleming. Father of Leonard and Laura Fleming of Elmira, and Kathleen and David Sieling of Millbank. Grandfather of Roland, Danielle, Damien, Rylee and Alyssa.
Remembered by his sisters Dora and Lyle Tweedle of Stoney Creek, Diane and Marty Hain of Donegal, and Gail and Rod Lambert of Harriston, his sister-in-law Jayne Fleming of Elmira, their families, and by Barbara's family.
Predeceased by his parents Vernon and Irene (Jacobs) Fleming, and by his brother Keith.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28 from 1-5 p.m. at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel where the funeral service was held on Monday, April 29 at 11 a.m. Interment in Bethesda Cemetery, Moorefield.
Memorial donations to Listowel Memorial Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

Stanley Gordon Felker (Chief Petty Officer 1st Class RCN, CF) (Ret’d) passed away on Friday, April 19, 2013 at the Digby General Hospital at the age of 75. Born May 9, 1937 in Listowel, he was the son of the late Mary Elizabeth Felker (Willfong) of Listowel.
He joined the Royal Canadian Navy in January 1956 where he served for 32 years. He was presented with the Order of Military Merit at Rideau Hall in Ottawa in 1979. During his naval career, he served in HMCS Saguenay (3 times), Iroquois, Restigouche, Quappelle, Assinboine, Terre Nova, Ottawa, Huron and Margaree. He also served in Cornwallis, Stadacona, Shelburne, Argentia Nfld. (US Naval Station), ADAC, and Canadian Forces Fleet School, Halifax.
He was predeceased by his sister Marjorie of Forest, Ont.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Martha (Marty) Felker (Bungay) of Cornwallis, Nova Scotia; his brother Percy Felker of Elmira; his sons:Stephen of Cornwall, PEI and Jay of Slave Lake, Alberta; four grandkids: Stephen, Matthew, Tasha and Tessa; and four great-grandkids: Authin, Lucas, Jordan and Chloe, all of Prince Edward Island.
He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Stan was an incredible and loving man, always thinking of others before himself.
After their retirement, Stan and Marty did extensive travelling in their fifth wheel and truck for 10 years, with their home base in Mission, Texas before settling in their home on the former base, HMCS (CFB) Cornwallis.
Stan participated in golf, bowling, darts and was interested in most other sporting activities. He also did numerous volunteer activities through his travels and in the Cornwallis community.
Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. A celebration of Stan’s life was held at the Cornwallis Park Community Centre on April 25.

Dear sister of the late Lloyd (Ann) of Medicine Hat, Alberta, the late Bruce (Ivadelle) of Listowel, Carl (Marilyn) of Palmerston, Irene Moore of Stratford, Grant of Gowanstown, and twin Jean of London. Dear sister-in-law of Marion Bartman, Nancy and Cathy Jonasson, super aunt to a horde of nieces and nephews, and dearly loved friend of so many.

Mr. Gerald Kenneth Snell of Bluevale passed away at his residence on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at the age of 63.
Dear husband of the former Sherry Johns. Loving father of Rob and Ev Campbell of Guelph, Ashley and Brian Stanchuk of Brandon, Kurtis Snell and Clare Robson of Estivan and Darcie Snell of Winnipeg. Grandfather of Dylan, Ryder, Ryleigh, Kolter, Courtney and Kyla.
Son of Glenn and Shirley (Dettman) Snell of Wroxeter and brother of Elaine and Ron Elliott, Katherine and Dave Wilson, all of Palmerston and Murray and Donna Snell of Bluevale. Also survived by his mother-in-law Laura Johns of Listowel, brothers-in-law Robert and Linda Johns of Listowel, Paul Johns and friend Marlene of Barrie, dear friends Kris Johns of Wasaga Beach, James Visser of Bluevale, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was at McBurney Funeral Home Ltd., Wingham on Tuesday, April 30 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Royal Canadian Legion service was held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 1 p.m. Rev. Jeff Hawkins officiating. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.

Dona Isabelle (Fitch) King of Fordwich passed away at the Fordwich Village Nursing Home on Friday, April 26, 2013. Born in Watrous, Saskatchewan on August 12, 1933, she was 79.
Dona was the beloved wife of the late Donald King (Feb. 23, 2002) and will be sadly missed by her children Patricia and Mark Brunarski and Peter and Sandra King, all of Fordwich. Loving grandmother of Lee and Christie, Teri and Kirk, Lindy and Marty, Cory and Melissa, Bryce and Meighan, Braden, Tucker and Landis.
Also loved by her five great-grandchildren, her sister Maxine Hanna and her brother-in-law Bern and Eileen King.
Friends were received by the family at the Gorrie Visitation Centre of the Schimanski Family Funeral Home on Monday, April 29 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service was conducted atTrinity Anglican Church, Fordwich on Tuesday, April 30 at 11 a.m., officiated by Rev. Laura Lightfoot. Burial in Fordwich Cemetery.
The pallbearers were Dona’s grandchildren Lee, Teri, Cory, Bryce, Lindy, Tucker, Braden and Landis.
