Bike/pedestrian master plan workshop Feb. 20

The city is ready for the next stage in the development of its bike and pedestrian master plan.

On Feb. 20, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Kiwanis Community Centre, members of the public and stakeholder groups are  invited to provide input on the plan.

Workshop participants will review and comment on the draft bike and pedestrian network, and will hear about innovative trail design alternatives.

The city is undertaking a study to develop a plan that will be used as a guide for the development and management of its bikeways, trails and multi-modal connections over the next 20 years.

As the workshop format will include smaller round table discussions, those wishing to attend are asked to RSVP at www.stratfordcommunity.ca or by calling 519-271-0250 ext. 245.
