Police seek assistance in Wright Boulevard theft

Police are asking the public for  help in investigating a theft that occurred over the Sept. 8-9 weekend.

Sometime that weekend a construction trailer on Wright Boulevard was broken into, and power tools and copper wire were stolen .

Police say the suspects moved heavy equipment around the construction site and use a Bobcat to gain access to the trailer.

Anyone with information or who witnessed suspicious behaviour in the area that weekend is asked to call the Stratford Police Service at 519-271-4147 ext. 154 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
