Stratford launches "Keep Kool" program

As the heat wave continues this week, the City of Stratford is launching its "Keep it Kool" program. The following facilities will be available to the public as cooling centres.

 

Wednesday, July 17

Kiwanis Community Centre - open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Stratford Public Library games room - 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with magazines, newspapers, free public Internet, wireless hotspot, DVDs and books.

Stratford Lions Pool – 6:30-8:30 p.m. with free swimming

 

Thursday, July 18

Kiwanis Centre - open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Library games room - open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Lions Pool – 6:30-8:30 p.m.

 

Friday, July 19

Kiwanis Centre - open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Library games room – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Lions Pool – 6:30-8:30 p.m.

For additional public swim times, visit www.stratfordrecreation.ca or www.facebook.com/cityofstratford. Regular admission for public swimming is $3.25 per child (two years to 15 years); $4 per youth (16 to 18 years); $4 per senior or special population; and $5 per adult. Season passes, day passes and five-visit card passes are also available for purchase at the pool.
