Accessibility first

Stratford Gazette

The first ever Community in Motion Accessibility Fair was held  Saturday at the Rotary Complex.

A joint effort of the accessibility advisory committees of Stratford, St. Marys, and Perth County, the event offered space and networking opportunities to vendors and organizations that specialize in making Ontario more accessible for people with special needs.

“People don’t want to be stuck in their homes anymore,” said organizer and city councillor Bonnie Henderson. “They want to be out with everyone else.”
