Holiday shoppers

Stratford Gazette

Approximately 4,000 people passed through the doors of the Rotary Complex over the weekend to attend the Christmas Arts & Crafts Show, presented by the Rotary Club of Stratford.

Held Saturday and Sunday, the popular annual event attracted over 100 vendors from across the region, who were selling holiday crafts, snacks and winter wear along with year-round collectables.

After the annual Dragon Boat Festival, the arts and craft show is the largest fundraiser for the Rotary Club, and this year's event was expected to raise about $25,000 – all of which is put back into the community through the club's various initiatives.
