The Health Unit is offering a nicotine replacement therapy program for people who would like support to quit smoking.

Participants of the program will receive:

• Free one-on-one counselling

• A $25 coupon for nicotine replacement therapy after each session

• Up to five weeks of coupons if you go to the weekly counselling sessions.

All forms of nicotine replacement therapy – patch, gum, lozenge and inhaler – can double a person’s chance of quitting.

This program is offered for a limited time. For more information or to join, call the health unit’s Stop Smoking Clinic at 519-271-7600 ext 722.
