Second annual pumpkin parade November 1

Stratford Gazette

The public is again invited to participate in a pumpkin parade along Veterans Drive on Thursday, November 1.

Drop off your carved creations anytime after 4 p.m. and return at dusk to see the glowing results.

Candles are supplied but any brought along are appreciated.

The second annual event is sponsored by the city, Communities in Bloom, the Civic Beautification and Environmental Awareness Committee, and the Festival Marketplace Shopping Centre.

All pumpkins will be recycled as wild boar feed at the end of the evening.
