Jean Elizabeth Doris Kilbourne, a resident of Highgate, passed away at the London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus on Friday, June 1, 2012 at the age of 85. Born in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan, daughter of the late Alex and Lottie Harbottle.
Beloved wife of Harold Kilbourne since 1949. Dear mother of Tim Kilbourne of Highgate, and the late Sandra Kilbourne, Susan Busse and Janet Gow. Grandmother of seven and several great-grandchildren.
Sister of Lorraine Newson of Listowel, and predeceased by brothers John, Elvin and Lorne.
Jean was a registered nurse and graduate of the Ontario Hospital in Hamilton in 1949. She was also a member of the former Highgate United Church.
The family will receive friends at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown (519-674-3141) on Sunday, June 10 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, June 11 at 11 a.m. with
Rev. Mary Elford officiating. Interment in Gosnell Cemetery, Highgate.

Margaret Kathryn (Corry) Arnott (1933-2012), of Tillsonburg and formerly of Atwood and Geraldton, passed away peacefully, with her family by her side at VON – Sakura House, Woodstock on Monday, May 28, 2012, at the age of 78.
Beloved wife of the late Kenneth (Red) Arnott (2008). Loving mother of Bill Arnott (Diane Tanguay) of Geraldton and Margie Arnott (Harley Vianini) of Toronto. Cherished grandmother of Kenyon, Jazz and Naya Vianini.
Dear sister of Jack (Donalda) Corry of Atwood and Charles (Ethel) Corry of Listowel, and sister-in-law of Helen Arnott of Ingersoll and Gloria Lentz of Tucson, Arizona. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Predeceased by her parents James and Claribel (Webster) Corry and brothers-in-law Jim Arnott and Dick Arnott.
Margaret completed her training as a registered nurse at Guelph General Hospital and worked for many years in the Geraldton area. She was also an active member of her church choirs in Tillsonburg and Geraldton and a member of the Tillsonburg Seniors Centre choir.
Margaret loved travel and the outdoors. She enjoyed many happy summers on the shores of Lake Kenogamisis with Ken at their beloved “Bull Pen.” She developed a special bond with the Vianini family in Brazil, who all affectionately called her “Grandma”.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation was held at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Thursday, May 31 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The memorial service for Margaret was held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Tillsonburg on Friday, June 1 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Olwyn Coughlin officiating. Private interment later in the Ingersoll Rural Cemetery.

Mrs. Noreen Phyllis (Bowers) Coates, formerly of Listowel, passed away at Knollcerst Lodge, Milveron, on Friday, June 1, 2012 at the age of 87.
Wife of the late Roy Ronald and the late Ted Coates. Mother of Gerald and Marguerite Ronald, and Eileen and Larry Hamilton, all of Listowel. Stepmother of Lyle and Marlene Ronald of Listowel, and Les and Lillian Coates of St. Catharines.
Grandmother of Gerald and Debbie Ronald, Jeremy Holloway and friend Marlene Johnston, and John Holloway and friend Tracy Robinson, all of Listowel, and step-grandmother of Cheryl Illman and Shawn Campbell of Palmerston, Gary Ronald and Paige Cyr of Bluevale, and Michael Coates of St. Catharines. Great-grandmother of Dylan and Zachary.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 5 from 7-9 p.m. at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel, where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 6 at 11 a.m. with Rev. George Russell officiating. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
