A breath of fresh air

Stratford Gazette

The Lung Association’s 17th annual Tulip Day campaign is in full swing.

Volunteers will be selling the perennials throughout Perth and Huron counties from Feb. 19-22, and again during the organization's major fundraiser, the Stratford Garden Festival, scheduled for Feb. 27 to March 2 at the Rotary Complex.

In Stratford, tulips can be purchased at the following locations and times:

• Zehrs, Feb. 19 and 22, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• The farmers' market at the Agriplex, Feb. 22, 9 a.m. to noon

• The Jenny Trout Centre Pharmacy, Feb. 19-22, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• The Lung Association office, Feb. 19-21

Funds raised during the campaign support lung health research and programs for people who desire to learn more about managing and living with lung disease.
